Located right on Tankah beach, these lovely rental units are extremely comfortable offering a padded mattress & Queen size beds along with spacious tiled shower and bathroom area. The rooms are equipped with 5 speed ceiling fan, 110V electric outlets (for those that just can't leave the laptop at home) and full closet w/ hanging area and shelves. The bedroom & sitting area is done in large Terra Cotta tile, while the bathrooms are finished with an Italian jade tile with glass block trimming the shower area.

Casa Cenote includes Breakfast and Dinner, snorkel and kayak.

The ambience is enhanced by the large hand carved marble Mayan Glyph headboard and accented by its smaller counterpart over the vanity area. With large sliding glass doors on the beach side, you'll enjoy the panoramic view of Tankah bay and the ancient sea grapes there. The beachside patio is also Terra Cotta tile and is perfect for catching some morning rays while enjoying the excellent coffee sent to you each morning. The hammock style rocking lounge chair there is cool and comfy.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.

2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.

3. We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
   We accept VISA or MC with a 5% handling fee.

4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.

6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.

8. No pets allowed.

9. No smoking inside the property.

10. Three night minimum stay.

11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.

12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.

13. Your vacation home includes maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day. For other additional services and general information please refer to the Area Info on our website.

14. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.

15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
