Casa Jihae and Casa Kristie are two identical villas located on Tankah beach, just south of Akumal.

This pristine Bay, known as Soliman, offers over 2 miles of white sand beach with great snorkeling and diving. Each home has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, full kitchen and spacious living room and is distinctly Mexican Caribbean, accented throughout with tropical woods and finished with a thatched palapa roof. Both villas can be rented as one unit for larger parties up to 12 people.

All three bedrooms open onto the sunny atrium and have a view of the ocean. The beach is wide and sandy here and each home has a private beach Palapa for your beach going enjoyment. This brand new Tankah villa is well appointed with marble floors, Mexican Talavera light fixtures, and glass doors onto the lush atrium area.

Outside you will find the covered verandah, BBQ grill and beautiful grounds with tropical vegetation providing some shade for the sandy beach area. The villa now has full electricity with a solar back-up, and can supply all the power you need for radios, hair dryers, etc. Two bedrooms are air conditioned.

The master suite has a private verandah, bath and queen size bed. The second bedroom has one king size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twins, and the living room has a futon. Each bedroom has a spacious bath with tiled walk-in shower and double vanity accented in Talavera. Of course daily maid service and towels and linens are provided. The on-site staff is available to cater to your daily needs and they can arrange for authentic Mayan cuisine prepared right in the villa. The caretakers, Tibo and Lourdes will be at your service to ensure a most enjoyable vacation.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.

2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.

3. We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
   We accept VISA or MC with a 5% handling fee.

4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.

6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.

8. No pets allowed.

9. No smoking inside the property.

10. Three night minimum stay.

11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.

12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.

13. Your vacation home includes maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day. For other additional services and general information please refer to the Area Info on our website.

14. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.

15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
