This newly restored, three-story, air-conditioned oceanfront home
offers five large, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as plenty
of patios overlooking the peaceful waters.
The entrance at street level looks over the sunken living area to
the ocean and the boats floating by on their way to the marina. The
north part of the room is the central living area for guests. You
will enjoy the overstuffed leather L-shaped couch, reclining chairs,
and large dining room table. The fully equipped kitchen is at the
south end of the oceanfront living room. The archway over the bar
separates the kitchen and living area nicely. There are televisions
throughout the house, including one in the living area. One
sattelite dish supplies them all (thus everyone has to watch the
same channel at any given time).
The tastefully decorated living area is walled on the beachside with
decoartive arched windows overlooking the landscaped grounds and
turquoise Caribbean waters. On clear days, one can see Playa Del
Carmen on the mainland of the Yucatan Penninsula.
The covered patio has a staircase that leads you through a grassy
incline to the private man-made beach over the live coral-reef wall.
Snorkleling here is fun and exciting, using some caution due to the
high traffic in the water (the area is so close to the marina).
The master bedroom's oceanside patio can be seen behind the living
room couch. The master suite has a king-size bed, private master
bathroom, and TV.
The second-story landing has sliding doors to access the waterside
second-story patio that wraps around the bedrooms. All three
bedrooms at this level are spacious and have king-size beds and
their own master bathrooms.
The "penthouse" bedroom is at the top level of the house with a
bird's eye view of the ocean and a darling part of Cozumel, with the
comings and goings of the different yachts and boats. |
