Villa Princesa is a fully air conditioned villa sitting on
the side of a natural coral reef overlooking the tranquil blue
waters of the Caribbean Sea. Located on a quiet section of ocean
front, this home offers privacy along with a spectacular views and
is one of our more popular vacation homes. The house is divided
into three sections, the main house (Princesa) casita (Prince), and
another casita. Entering the house from the street level, you walk
down a passage way which separates the Villa Prince (a two story,
two bedroom apartment) and the casita from the main house, and
descends into a small enclosed tropical garden of luscious green. At
the foot of the stairs, the mahogany door leads you into the
entrance of the main living quarters.
The warm coral colors, rich area rugs and decorative art create a
touch of elegance and comfort on the main floor of this large
property. The main floor level has a spacious living area complete
with stereo/CD player (bring your favorite music!) and satellite TV
in the entertainment center. Both the living area and dining area
overlook the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The dining area is
located just off a large modern kitchen area and seats up to 15. Let
us arrange your meal service and enjoy your meals in your private
villa. You'll be treated to breakfast and your choice of lunch or
dinner meals six days during the week. Choose from Mexican,
Yucatecan or fresh seafood dishes, or perhaps you'd like to have
something on the barbecue.
Also on the main floor of the Princesa is a guest bath. A
stairway off the main entry leads to the second and third floors
where the six bedrooms and four baths are located. More on the
bedrooms later, but first let's look at the outdoor living areas
that the Princesa has to offer: A glass door from the living room
and dining room area leads to your private swimming pool, patio area
where you have a fresh water shower, large saltwater pool, wet bar,
seaside palapa with hammocks, large manmade beach area, and easy
access to the sea via the diving board or ladder.
Soak up the sun and bring home a coppertone tan. Hop into a
hammock and sneak in an afternoon snooze or settle in and read a
good book. Mix up a batch of drinks and pull up to the bar and enjoy
a day in margaritaville. Play in the sand. Don your mask, fins and
snorkel and take advantage of the wonderful snorkeling available at
your doorstep. You have easy entry for snorkeling via the diving
board or ladder; water is about 15-20 feet deep as you snorkel along
the reef in this area. Enjoy your own private aquarium, teeming with
colorful tropical fish; don't miss the color and beauty just below
the surface. Watch for dolphins, too; they are sometimes seen
swimming just off-shore. A silly pelican perches on a branch just in
time to watch the sunset. |
