Villa Playa Coral

Just a 1 minute walk from Cozumel's Marina, Casa Playa Coral is one of Cozumel's premier luxury beach front homes. Set 25 feet above the water, the house provides one of the most spectacular views of the sea that Cozumel has to offer.

On the upper level, all four of its luxuriously furnished bedrooms are so spacious that they each easily accommodate 2 double beds. All have views of the Caribbean and private connecting bathrooms. Individual room air conditioners and ceiling fans offer superb cross ventilation to keep Playa Coral cool throughout.

The main level of the villa is the living area. Spacious and beautifully furnished, it includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, a fifth bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. In its fully equipped kitchen, decorated with hand painted tiles, the live-in staff can prepare you breakfast and dinner for additional cost. You can take your meals in the dining room, which also has a sea view. Or, if you prefer, they will grill you a meal pool-side. This staff will be glad to provide the small services that can make a vacation particularly memorable.

A few steps down from the living room is the terrace and a 35' by 20' swimming pool. Ranging in depth from 2.5' to 5' deep, this salt water pool is ideal for children. At one end of the pool, a wide sandy area invites you to laze and enjoy the sun.

Down a flight of steps from the pool is the dock. A dock side ladder allows you to plunge into the most clear water in all of the Caribbean. In winter, the visibility reaches 200' and, in the summer 300'. Beautiful coral formations and an extraordinary variety of brilliant fish illumine the depths. You can snorkel or scuba dive right off the dock.

Since the marina is only a 1 minute walk from the house, a dive boat to take you to the world famous Palancar Reef is readily accessible. Fishing boats are also available for hire.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.

2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.

3. We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
   We accept VISA or MC with a 5% handling fee.

4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.

6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.

8. No pets allowed.

9. No smoking inside the property.

10. Three night minimum stay.

11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.

12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.

13. Your vacation home includes maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day. For other additional services and general information please refer to the Area Info on our website.

14. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.

15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
