Casa Jen

Casa Jen is a spacious 2 story brand new home located south of San Miguel near the Plaza Las Glorias Hotel. The property is completely walled-in to ensure your privacy and is only 1.5 blocks from the ocean. This home has central air conditioning and local telephone, provides the ultimate in comfort and convenience for your Cozumel holiday.

The living room is a complete entertainment center with a satellite TV and VCR. A stereo, cassette and CD player are available for you to enjoy your favorite music. There is also a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for your dining pleasure.

Casa Jen sleeps a total of 12 persons. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One with a queen-size bed and large balcony area. The other bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds that can convert to a king-size bed if needed.

The downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, a satellite TV and VCR. The additional downstairs bedroom has a double bed. There are also two sofas in the living room accommodating one person each.

Sliding glass patio doors open to a large terrace with fresh-water swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Enjoy the beautiful gardens and relax as you enjoy the comfort of your private villa.

With close proximity to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches and dive spots and yet only 1.5 blocks from the ocean, the Casa Jen is an ideal villa for your Cozumel adventure.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.

2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.

3. We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
   We accept VISA or MC with a 5% handling fee.

4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.

6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.

8. No pets allowed.

9. No smoking inside the property.

10. Three night minimum stay.

11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.

12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.

13. Your vacation home includes maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day. For other additional services and general information please refer to the Area Info on our website.

14. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.

15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
