Casa Caracoles is located in the Villas Mar y Sol townhouse complex, right in between the Cozumeleno and Paradisus Hotels. There is a sandy beach directly in front of this home and those interested in water sports will find plenty to do nearby. These include wind surfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, and much more.

Inside this beautiful townhouse you will find ocean views from almost everywhere as well as plenty of space for your group to make themselves at home. A full kitchen awaits those hungry from a day on the beach, but if the chef of the group is tired let one of our chefs prepare your meals. All in the comfort of your vacation home. Catch your favorite program on the Satellite TV after dinner, or head out on the town which is only a ten minute drive from the property.

There is a telephone for local and incoming calls, as well as a laundry facility available for guest use. The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a King sized bed and a private bath. There is a deck off of this bedroom and ocean views. The second bedroom on the second floor has a double bed and a bath just across the hall. There is a deck off of this bedroom as well as ocean views. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor of the home. This room is a little smaller but it has a double bed, and a 3/4 bath. There are ocean views but the window is small. The third bedroom not listed above has two twin beds, which can be made into a king if that is more suitable for your group. There is a shared bath with the second bedroom and jungle views from this room.

The whole home is cooled by central air conditioning including the bedrooms. Maid service is included with the rental cost every day except Sundays and Mexican Holidays, so you won't have to worry about a thing. 1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.

2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.

3. We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
   We accept VISA or MC with a 5% handling fee.

4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.

6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.

8. No pets allowed.

9. No smoking inside the property.

10. Three night minimum stay.

11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.

12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.

13. Your vacation home includes maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day. For other additional services and general information please refer to the Area Info on our website.

14. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.

15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
