vacationing in the Caribbean for many years, we were lucky enough to
purchase 2 villas located just inside the gated community of
Playacar.
The location was ideal,
on the golf course, overlooking the Aviary, a quick walk to the beaches
or to town. Villas de Mayab is a quiet, elegant group of homes with its
own lighted tennis court, and hotel sized pool with Clubhouse and
extensive gardens.
Borrowing from our other business, we professionally
decorated, furnished, and outfitted the villas with everything we could
think of, and then entered them into the rental pool. The rest as they
say, is history. We have expanded our
business to include our friends and neighbors properties, creating a
unique opportunity to combine several in a row for up to 34 people with
one stop shopping.
